-Saturdays between 8am-6pm

-Sundays between 10:30am-2:30pm

Absolutely, You can hire vendors to enhance the specialness of your event. These include food trucks, face painters, DJs, and more. Please ensure that the DJ plays clean music only. You are fully responsible for coordinating your external vendors.

Of course, you’re welcome to bring any outside food or beverages. We even encourage food trucks! However, there’s a slight restriction: No glass of any kind. Please don’t bring glass containers, such as glass bottles, casserole dishes, glass flower vases , or anything else made of glass. It’s nearly impossible to see broken glass in pool water, which can lead to a very dangerous situation. This rule applies to everyone, zero exceptions.

We do not provide lifeguards for your event. You will need to include this as an add-on feature.

Yes, there’s a non-refundable deposit to reserve your event date. However, if all items are returned and cleaned in their original condition, the deposit will be fully refunded at the end of the event.

Event insurance is required in order to host an event at Fitness Express.

This is not difficult to obtain simply contact your current insurance company and provide us with a copy of your special event insurance.
